1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling an installation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Fast Grab Bar is a service of French Solutions, LLC, registered in Ohio.

2. Services

Professional grab bar installation in the Greater Cincinnati area (Ohio and Northern Kentucky).

3. Quotes & Pricing

First grab bar: (assessment, hardware, installation)
Each additional bar: (same visit)

Pricing may differ for specialty hardware, extra reinforcement, or out-of-area travel. Changes are approved by you before work begins.

4. Booking & Cancellation

We schedule once a quote is accepted. At least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Less than 24 hours may incur a trip fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Make the installation area accessible.
Disclose wall conditions — tile, plaster, drywall, hidden utilities.
Provide accurate contact info.
Have an adult (18+) present during installation.

We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed utilities.

6. Installation & Workmanship Warranty

We warranty our installation workmanship for one (1) year. If a bar loosens under normal use, we re-secure it free.

7. Permits

Grab bar installation in a private residence typically does not require a building permit in our service area. We will tell you if your situation requires one.

8. Payment

Due upon completion. Cash, check, or major credit/debit cards. Receipt provided.

9. SMS / Text Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Fast Grab Bar related to your service request.

Message frequency varies. Typically 2–6 messages per service request.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your carrier apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
We will not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Grab Bar and French Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. Grab bars assist with balance; they are not a substitute for medical care.

11. Governing Law

Governed by Ohio law. Disputes resolved in Hamilton County, Ohio courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes posted with a new “Last updated” date.
